Emergency pet service is a health service we offer for our animals who have are sick or have been injured in an accident. In case we are called to health events outside our hospital, we will arrive by pet ambulance and will transfer the animal to our hospital if necessary.
In Which Hours Can the Emergency Veterinary Service Be Used?
This service starts at 0900 and ends at 1800. Two veterinary health personnel will come to the address called in. They carry out the intervention necessary to be done at the point where they are, using the necessary medical supplies they will have with them. Then, if deemed necessary, they transfer the patient to be treated in our hospital. The remaining treatment services will be carried out in our hospital.
If deemed necessary the treatment of the patient’s condition will take place in the hospital until finished. If the general condition of the patient is stable and the treatment process can be followed with medication, the patient is discharged with a prescription or with medication needed. The patient will be checked on to see how their health is going from time to time.
The health service provided is subject to a fee. The base prices determined by the Istanbul Chamber of Veterinarians are applied in return for the medical interventions and transfer services.
