When you make your online appointment, we will set a day to come to you and we will correspond with you accordingly. If for any reason there is a change in our arrival time, we will inform you as soon as possible. When we arrive, it’s normal for dogs to bark and get very excited for a few minutes. We are already very used to this situation, so please relax and let us enjoy your pet enjoy us. Although cats are very curious, they tend to keep their distance from new people until they get used to them. When they see us, they usually tend to hide under a bed or in a safe place. Therefore, before our arrival, in order to avoid us access their hiding spots, and having us check in bedrooms, wardrobes, drawers, etc… We recommend that you close all doors, and restrict their access to any of their hiding spots. Or for “Scared cats”, we recommend putting them in a smaller room, such as a bathroom, 10-15 minutes before our arrival. This will allow us to quickly wrap them in a towel and prevent them from feeling chased.
